Anyone like to start one?

for the person who starts it

you need to layout exactly what needs to be done by all users

in steps form

e.g

step 1. do this
step 2. do this
step 3. do this

etc etc

from my server logs.. SU is by far sending more traffic than any other site, so this could be very successfull with us working as a team :)

I guess I will take a crack at this...feel free to let me know where this can be improved.

1. Sign up for a stumbleupon account at www.stumbleupon.com

2. Download the stumble toolbar

3. Go to each one of your pages (TVS videos, squidoo, etc) and press the "I like it!" button on the toolbar.

4. Visit your stumble page by going to www.youraccountname.stumbleupon.com

5. Click on Network and start adding friends and reviewing their pages

Not sure where to go from here. Figured I would start up something and we can expand upon it. Suggestions are welcomed

so what do we need to do specifically for each of us in this congo to help each others accounts perform better? e.g in squidoo is fav , rate and lensroll. but what is required in SU?

Hi Peter!

I think the possible steps we could do to start a StumbleUpon Congo Thread are the following:

1. Open the member links posted in this forum. Click "I like it" on the SU toolbar, and write a review or what You feel like. Add the user to your friends too, and they sould do the same, when the system notifies them.

2. Post your member site here like this ( http://BA77.StumbleUpon.com/ )

3. Additionally, You can Stumble on Squidoo others's Squidoo Sites, and send a message saying hi, so that he can Stumble your sites.

4. This can be done with all kind of sites.

5. You can start a group about a common topic of TVS members, and get invite them to the group, or post it here, so everyone can frrely join.

Is that okay?

For some reason whenever I try to sign up for StumbleUpon via the homepage, it's re-directing to a firefox add-on:

Am I missing something here.

I have always got the same problem like amazingfind that is why I am unable to create a stumbleupon account as of yet. If anyone can clear this out, I will go on with all the steps jollie has told to do.:)

It's simple: start installing the add-on, when done restart FF & from the bar installed you'll be asked to "sing in" or to "start stumbling" click on this one & you will be asked to register, good luck!

What has worked for me was to sign up through internet explorer. Then just go through the steps outlined above.
